With classic vehicles of such an age parts may have been modified or changed from original specifications. We would like to help you find the correct part first time. Shipping & Delivery

We use a range of delivery methods to send parts to the UK, Europe & Worldwide. For small light items we tend to use 1st class post or Airmail (trackable if available), and for larger or heavier items we use various couriers such as UK Mail, DHL and TNT.

On dispatch of your order you will be sent an email stating the shipping method, and the tracking number, if available. If you have any specific instructions for delivery please contact us with a wishlist and your instructions and we will respond accordingly.

The website shop delivery charges are calculated using volumetric weight vs. destination, in some cases this will over estimate shipping costs. When we process your order we will always review the shipping price to make sure it is accurate and part refund any delivery charges that are more than they should be. If you wish to contact us for a delivery price prior to ordering please do not hesitate to do so. As humans we are better at working out how to package parts safely than a machine.

Unless another agreement is made, it is expected that deliveries will be made within 30 days. Your orders are insured in transit. In the case of any damages or missing/incorrect items upon receipt please contact us immediately and retain all parts and packaging. We may ask you to photograph or return the goods to us, in this instance we will refund any reasonable return postage or courier charge. We will arrange a replacement part, or if part cannot be replaced a refund, as soon as possible.

 

Privacy & Security

The protection of your privacy is important to us. Your personal data will be stored and processed according to the UK Data Protection Regulations. We keep your personal data in strict confidence. We do collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our services, e.g. your name, your address, your phone number. We do not save your IP address. You can manage your addresses, account details and view you orders in the password-protected account. Your personal data such as email, name and address will be only used for the purpose of processing your order. We will not share your personal data to any 3rd parties other than our delivery agents. This data may be used by our delivery agents to fulfil its services. Also, for payment of your orders, we pass on your data to our payment company only for the processing of payments. We will use your email address for identification at the custom login as well for sending order and delivery confirmation emails. If you sign up for our newsletter we will inform you by email of any news or current offers. To stop receiving newsletters please go to your account and uncheck your subscription, alternatively you may send us an E-Mail, fax or letter to request removal from our email list.

 

Returns, Replacements & Surcharges

With distant selling regulations you have the right of a 7 day “cooling off” period, if you wish to return a part that you no longer want you are welcome to do so at your cost of return shipping. Any personalised, customised goods or bespoke products are excluded from this. Any non-faulty parts returned in this period must be in full working order, and in the same condition you received them in. In the case of a faulty part please contact us immediately with the description of the fault and we will arrange to replace the item if possible. If a direct replacement is not available then we may offer an alternative or a refund for the part. All new parts we stock come with a one year manufacturers warranty. With some manufacturers we are required to complete a warranty claim form and may ask you to provide some extra details regarding the vehicle the part was intended for. We may ask that you return the faulty part to us, in this instance we will refund any reasonable postage or courier charge. Unless another agreement is made, it is expected that deliveries will be made within 30 days. Some of our parts are reconditioned and will carry an exchange surcharge. This is to ensure we can continue supply of the part. We ask you to return your complete old unit within 30 days, at your expense. If it is deemed serviceable by our supplier we will then refund the exchange surcharge amount.

 

Ordering

You may order online via the website shop by adding items to your basket and completing checkout or by contacting us by telephone, email, fax or by post.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Online orders use a 3rd party secure payment system for payments via Paypal or by credit & debit card. We can also take card payments over the telephone (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us for details. We also still accept cheques in GBP but we do wait until payment is cleared before dispatching any goods. The stock level shown on the website is not live so may not be 100% accurate. We will inform you on receipt of your order in case any items are out of stock. If a part is out of stock at the time of ordering there may be a possibility that the price may change for reasons beyond our control. We will inform you of any drop or increase in price and you have the right to accept or decline the order at the new rate. If a part is ordered and we can not supply the same part (ie: if it is discontinued or has become NLA, "no longer available", we will seek to find a good alternative to offer you (which you have the right to decline if you so wish) or we can refund the cost of the part and any associated shipping costs.

 

Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information

From your account dashboard you can view you orders, wishlists, product reviews and newsletter subscriptions. You can amend  your account information such as email address, password, billing and delivery address details.
