With the current worldwide health crisis affecting all of us we'd just like to keep you informed of how we're currently planning to operate until normal service is resumed. As many of our international customer are probably unware the UK has recently taken the sensible desicion to close all schools, colleges, nurseries and universities until further notice. In all likelihood this will not be until September. This will leave Jaymic Ltd operating at a substancially reduced staffing level until the schools reopen and as such we're having to take a few steps to ensure as normal a service as possible is maintained throughout.

Firstly as of Monday the 23rd of March we will be keeping the sales phone lines off until 12 noon each day. They will then be turned off again at 4pm. This will allow us to concentrate on wrapping and dispatching website orders as a proirity in the mornings and respond to any urgent messages. In the event that any of our staff display symptoms of the COV-19 virus then we will be following the current medical advice. At the moment this means that we would all be quarantined or isolated for 14 days. As we all work very closely together this means that effectively we could be closed for two weeks without notice at any time from now. In the event that this happens we will update this blog and our social media pages to notify our customers, but we will not be contactable during that period and will not be processing or dispatching any orders.

Outgoing deliveries may well take a little longer than usual and most couriers have warned us that certain time sensitive serives may not always be available, and some services will not be available to all countries. We will of course keep any affected customers as up to date on this as possible on an order by order basis. Incoming deliveries to us will also probably become less frequent, so back ordered and non-stocked parts may take longer to arrive with us than usual. If you're not sure how any of this may affect your orders then please don't hesitate to contact us, either by email ( or by telephone (01263 768768/+441263 768768, 12 - 4pm weekdays).

Whilst we've always enjoyed having our customers come visit us in person we are reluctantly requesting that any customers who wish to collect orders in person will need to have them completed and paid in advance, and will be able still to collect them from the site, but will not be permitted to enter the buildings. As such advance planning of collection times will be essential.

If we find things are a little quiet during this time we'll be proactive and add more items of new and old stock to the site. If you find something you need is not not listed then please email with as much information about it as you can.

In addition to all this we will also be closed on the 30th and 31st of March for our annual stocktaking. In the event that we are closed due to staff illness during those days it will be moved to the first available two days upon our return.

If you need some good news to tide you over then we're pleased to say that our batch of complete early front panels ahs now arrived. We also have some stock of the 2002Tii specific version without the snorkel for the air intake. We've also received our first batch of the early black interior door panels sets, and will be getting these listed as soon as possible.
