Our advice for anyone looking to buy any classic BMW is:
“Don't Just Look At One Car” – Look at as many examples of the type and model as you can. This will give you an idea of what you can get for your money.
“Visit Jaymic” – We can tell you what problems to look for and maybe show you where to look for faults on the various models. If you are looking specifically for an 02 we may be able to let you test drive an example of the model you would like to purchase. We often have in our cars for sale files more photos and details of the cars that are listed.
“Check Carefully Freshly Painted Glossy Cars” – Beware of expensive ‘Bright & Shiny' cars that have no photographic proof and no documentary evidence of having been repaired or restored properly. To restore an 02, CS or any other classic BMW can be expensive.
“There Are Very Few Professionally or Correctly Restored Cars For Sale ”
Most owners who have correctly restored, or had their classic BMW restored professionally keep their cars and do not sell them!
